摘　　要：宝钢3号高炉冷却壁破损的主要原因是:耐火材料选择不合理,冷却壁设计不合理,冷却水质控制不好,渣皮不稳定等。通过采取在冷却壁本体上安装微型冷却器、加强高炉操作管理和水质管理等措施,有效地抑制了冷却壁损坏。The main causes of stave destruction at Baosteel No.3 BF are as follows:unreasonable refractory selection and stave design,bad quality cooling water, etc. . A series of measures are adopted on Baosteel No. 3 BF, such as installing cigar-cooler in stave body, strengthing the management of BF operation and water quality.The destruction of stave is effectively controlled.
