基于装备制造业产品的成套性问题分析

摘　　要：现实生产管理中,企业所面临的内部、外部环境都可能导致计划脱离于实际,从而使产品的成套性无法得到根本保障。文章针对此问题展开分析,以ERP系统为模型提出了更加切合装备制造业生产管理实际的产品成套性保障措施。When it comes to product wholeness, plans are not completely in accordance with prac- tice because of the internal and external environment for corporations in the production manage- ment. As a result, the product wholeness would be short of corresponding fundamental guaran- tee. The problem was analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, the author put forward some meas- ures, which are based on ERP model, on product wholeness to correspond with the production management of equipment manufacturing industry.
