摘　　要：随着经济全球化化和区域经济一体化发展的不断深入,贸易、投资自由化和便利化产生的环境问题成为当今世界各国普遍关注并亟待解决的重要问题。长期以来,国内外学术界将贸易、投资与环境的关系问题分别置于两个不同的研究框架进行研究;而本文将贸易、投资与环境的关系问题纳入同一分析框架,对贸易、投资和环境关系问题的研究动态作详尽的阐述和简要的述评。With the gradual development of economic globalization and integration of regional economy, environmental problems caused by trade and investment liberalization and facilitation has drawn international attention and demand prompt solution. The international academic circles have studied the relationship of trade, investment and environment in two different analytical frameworks for a long time. However, this paper discusses these problems in one analytical framework and makes elaboration and brief evaluations on the relationship of trade, investment and environment.
