微波消解对剩余污泥中蛋白质的影响研究

摘　　要：采用微波消解的方法对剩余污泥进行处理,设定四个消解温度梯度:45℃、65℃、85℃和95℃,消解5min后考察剩余污泥中蛋白质的溶出量;在设定的不同温度下分别增加10min和30min的消解时间,考察剩余污泥中蛋白质溶出量的变化。试验结果表明:蛋白质的溶出量随着微波加热温度的升高而增加,增加消解时间,蛋白质的溶出量也有所提高。The residual sludge is digested by the microwave digestion method, which is set four diges- tion temperatures ： 45℃, 65℃, 85℃ and 95℃. We investigate the dissolved quantity of the protein from residual sludge after 5min digesting time; then the digesting time is raised by 10min and 30 rain at the different setting temperatures. The change of the dissolved quantity of the protein from residual sludge is investigated. The results show that the dissolved quantity of the protein increased when the microwave heating temperature or digesting time is raised respectively.
