摘　　要：实验的创新是我校的教改内容之一,开发PLC的指令应用也是我校的实验教改课题之一。介绍使用两个点动按钮和一个光电传感器,应用PLC的中断控制INT(089)指令,在中断控制INT(089)设置为递增逻辑计数器,中断控制PLC的输入点00006来检测肥皂块数。每88块肥皂一箱,调用子程序一次电磁阀工作,利用两个定时器使电磁阀工作2s将肥皂一箱推出的循环检测控制。The innovation of the experiment is one of the content of the educational reform in our school . Developing the PLC application, is also one of the educational reform subjects of experiment. In this paper , we use two point start button and a photoelectric sensor, the application of PLC to con- trol the interruption by the INT （089） instructions. The interrupting control INT （089） is set to in- crease logic counter, using the interrupting control PLC !nput points 00006 to test the number of the soap . Every box has 88 piece of soap, the subroutine is used once, with two timer that electromag- netic valve 2 s will pull a box of soap out in a cycle control testing.
