摘  要:基于NCL建模语言的POEM(Programming in Operational and Expressive Models)优化平台可以对物流中的典型优化问题进行研究、分析和实验,设计合理的物流调度方案,顺应物流智能化管理的需要,有助于学生通过实验获得信息化层面之上更高一级的运筹学优化问题解决和分析能力。POEM为培养高素质的物流技术人才提供了一个良好的学习和培训平台。The POEM (Programming in Operational and Expressive Models ) optimizing platform based on NCL modeling language can study, analyse, do the experiment for the typical optimization problems in logistics, and design rational logistics scheduling schemes. It not only meets the needs of intelligent management for logistics, but also helps students acquire solving and analyzing abilities of higher optimization problems of operations research on informationization level by experiments. The POEM provides a well studying and training platform for training well educated logistics technicians.
