133例门诊治疗的2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析影响2 型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）达标的有关因素,指导临床进一步控制血糖.[方法]收集133 例2 型糖尿病患者的临床资料,包括年龄、病程、血压、体质量指数（BMI）和平素就诊医院的级别,并检测HbA1c,分析其与HbA1c控制的关系.[结果]133 例2 型糖尿病患者的平均HbA1c为（7.3±1.9）%,其中HbA1c＜7.0%的比例为15.7%.根据病程分组,病程5～ 10年组HbA1c明显高于病程小于5年组.平素在三级医院就诊2型糖尿病患者的平均HbA1c最低.不同BMI者相比,BMI≥24 kg/m^2组HbA1c控制较BMI＜ 24 kg/m^2组差.血压、血脂和HbA1c均达标者仅3 %.[结论]病程、就诊医院的类别及BMI影响2型糖尿病患者血糖控制.[Objective] To analyze the related factors influencing HbAlc up to standard of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in order to guide the further control of blood glucose. [Methods] Clinical data of 133 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected. The clinical data included age, disease duration, blood pressure, body mass index（BMI） and the grade of visited hospital at usual. HbAlc was detected. Their rela-tionship with HbAlc control was analyzed. [Results]The mean HbAlc of 133 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was （7.3±1.9）%. The proportion of HbAlc lower than 7.0% was 15.7%. According to the disease duration, all patients were grouped. HbAlc in the group with 5-10 years of disease course was obviously higher than that in the group with 5 years of disease course. Mean HbAlc of patients with type 2 diabetes mel- litus visiting tertiary hospitals at usual was the lowest. HbAlc control of the group with BMI≥24kg/m^2 was poorer than that of the group with BMI〈24kg/m^2. The patients with blood pressure, lipids and HbAlc up to the standard occupied only 3%. [Conclusion] Disease duration, the grade of visited hospitals and BMI can af-fect the blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
