摘 要:目的探讨柚皮素作为佐剂增强HBV疫苗的体液免疫效果。方法用柚皮素作为免疫佐剂免疫Balb/c小鼠,以佐剂铝盐作为阳性对照,在免疫3次后取小鼠血清做ELISA检测HBsAb滴度,比较各组的免疫效果。结果与无佐剂组小鼠对比,柚皮素和铝盐作为佐剂均可有效地引起小鼠对HBsAg的体液免疫应答。结论柚皮素可以增强乙肝疫苗的免疫效果,和铝盐相比没有统计学意义。Objective To study the naringenin as adjuvant to enhance the immune effects of hepatitis B vaccine. Methods We used naringenin as adjuvant to immune Balb/c mice and used the aluminium salt as the positive control. We took the serum of the mice to do ELISA to test the concentration of HBsAb after 7 days that we injected the hepatitis B vaccine to the mice three times. Results The naringenin and aluminium salt as adjuvants could effectively cause mice to HBsAg humoral immune response compared with that of the non-adjuvants groups. Conclusion The naringenin could enhance the immune effects of hepatitis B vaccine. There was no statistically significant compared to the aluminum salt.
