广西沿海地区大学生自信与职业兴趣关系初探

摘　　要：自信作为一种起中介作用的人格变量,对学生的认知、情感和各种社会行为均有重要影响。采用大学生自信问卷和大学生职业兴趣问卷对大学生的自信、职业兴趣及二者关系进行调查。结果表明:广西沿海地区大学生对自己的身体最为自信,他们最感兴趣的职业类型为社会型。大学生自信与其职业兴趣关系密切,可通过自信这种相对稳定的人格特质来拓展学生的职业兴趣。With 582 students being selected as subjects, the present paper implements a study on students＇ self-confidence and their vocational interest and the interrelation between them by means of students＇ self-confidence questionnaire and students＇ vocational interest questionnaire. The following points can be revealed： Students in Guangxi coastal areas are most confident about their bodies; the occupations they are most interested in are related with society; students＇ self-confidence is closely interrelated with their vocational interest; hence self-confidence, this relatively stable personality can be employed to expand students＇ vocational interest.
