摘  要:炼油碱渣是石油炼制碱精制过程中排出的含有大量有毒有害污染物的碱性废液,是炼油厂主要恶臭污染源。介绍了缓和湿式空气氧化技术处理炼油碱渣的工艺原理、工艺流程和对污染物的去除效果,并对工业应用过程中存在问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施,以确保装置的平稳运行。结果表明:该工艺技术先进可靠,污染物去除率效果好,为后续处理创造了良好条件。The alkaline residue is a highly toxic and hazardous alkaline wastewater from oil proceeding,which contains a great deal of pollutants,so it is a main pollution source with a bad odor of oil refinery.The process principle,process flow and treatment efficiency of pollutants for mild wet air oxidation to treat the alkaline residue are introduced.The problems of the process in industrial application were analyzed,and corresponding improvement methods were provided to ensure the unit to run stably.The results showed that the process was an advanced and reliable technology with good removal for pollutants,and the treated wastewater would favor for continued treatment.
