摘 要:介绍了5%甲胺基阿维菌素悬乳剂的配方筛选过程,简述了该剂型的特点、配方选择和贮存稳定性,确定了较佳配方组成:甲胺基阿维菌素5%,甲醇8%,农乳1600#1.0%,农乳500#0.5%,农乳33#0.5%,乳化剂723 3%,黄原胶0.1%,水84.9%,实验结果表明:该配方产品悬浮率95%以上,热贮((54±2℃,14 d)分解率为4.05%,产品各项指标符合悬乳剂的要求。The paper introduced formula of emamection benzoate 5 %,study of its characteristic,formulation selection and storing stability.The composition consist of emamection benzoate 5 %,methyl alcohol 8 %,emulsifier 1600# 1.0 %,emulsifier 500# 0.5 %,emulsifier 33# 0.5 %,emulsifier 723 3 %,xanthan gum 0.1 %,water 80.2 % were determined.The experimental results of the products showed that suspension rate was over 95 % and the decomposition rate of its active ingredient was less than 5% at(54±2) ℃ with 14 d which conformed to the requirements for the formulation.
