摘　　要：本文定义信息共享是信息资源的所有者基于特定的目的,在一定时期和范围内,与利益相关者共同管理信息资源并共担风险的正式沟通形式。信息共享具有目的性、时间性、交互性、范围性、重复性、风险性和层次性等特征。在既有研究成果的基础上,将跨组织合作中的信息共享归纳为4种模式,分别是:信息查询、信息更新、信息理解和信息创新等,对不同合作关系中与信息共享有关的组织形式及信息系统应用进行了研究。This paper defines information sharing as the method for information exchange among stakeholders on specific information resources within specific time and areas for specific purposes. As an- alyzed, the characteristics of information sharing include objective, timeliness, interaction, range, re- peatability, riskiness and levels. Based on the former research results, information sharing in inter-organ- izational cooperation can be classified into four categories, namely information enquiry, information up- dates, information perception and information innovation. Studies were carried out on organizational for- mation and application of information systems related to information sharing among different business partners.
