摘  要:为了确保输电线路的安全运行,加大安全生产的管理力度,深度排查安全生产隐患,梳理各类事故的应急预案,进一步提升事故抢修能力,提出了研发一种基于人体热释电感应技术,由热释电探测传感器、数据采集装置、手机报警模块、GSM网络、110指挥中心报警模块和终端手机构建的输电线路塔材防盗系统。介绍了输电线路塔材防盗系统的热辐射探测技术、模块功能、电源供应和报警流程。该系统具有覆盖面广、投资小、运营费用少等优点,可以在无人值受、环境恶劣、超越距离的情况下,快速传递防盗信息,及时遏制输电线路塔材偷盗行为。In order to ensure the safe operation of power transmission lines, increase the safety in production management, investigation hidden danger of safe production, through all kinds of accidents emergency plan, further enhance the accident repair ability, put forward development based on human body pyroelectric induc- tion technology, by the pyroelectrie detection sensor, data acquisition device, mobile phone alarm module, GSM network, 110 command center alarm module and a mobile phone terminal construction of transmission line tower material anti-theft system. Introduction of transmission line tower material anti-theft system heat radia tion detection technology, function module, power supply and alarm process. The system has the advantages of widelcoverage, low investment, operation cost advantages, can in the unmanned value, environment is harsh, beyond the distance, fast transmission security information, timely containment of transmission line tower material theft.
