摘  要:在小洼油田现有生产条件下,研究集输管网中液体的流动状态,并采用从井口加入药剂的方法,改变原油乳状液相态,达到改变液体与管壁摩擦方式的目的,从而降低乳状液在井筒和集输管路中的摩阻损失,实现减少抽油机、外输泵等设备能量消耗,改善联合站原油脱水条件,降低药剂使用量等积极效果,取得良好的经济和社会效益。Under the existing production conditions in Xiaowa oilfield , study the flow state of liquid in the gas gathering pipe network, put in chemical agent from the wellhead to change the crude oil emulsion liquid state in order to change the friction way between the liquid and the pipe wall, thus reduce emulsion liquid friction loss in the shaft and gathering and transportation pipe, consequently reduce the energy consumption of the oil pumping unit and the pumps, and improve the crude oil dehydration condition of the central trea- ting station, reduce the usage of chemical agent, which has achieved good economic and social benefits.
