摘　　要：临床输血是肿瘤治疗的重要支持手段之一。输血对肿瘤患者起着双重作用,一方面可纠正患者的贫血状况,提高血氧含量;另一方面也可能引起受者免疫抑制,导致肿瘤复发和术后感染。其对肿瘤患者免疫功能影响的作用机制一直是国内外医学界关注的热点。在此就输血与肿瘤预后、输血与肿瘤免疫、肿瘤患者的输血等相关问题予以综述。Clinical blood transfusion is an important supportive means for treatment of cancer,which plays a dual role in cancer patients,on one hand,blood transfusion can rectify anemia and improve oxygen saturation;on the other hand,blood transfusion can induce immunosuppression,tumor recurrence and postoperative infection.The mechanism of the effect on the immunity of tumor patients has long been the focus in medical science in the world.Here is to make a review on the transfusion and cancer prognosis,blood transfusion and tumor immunity,blood transfusion and other issues of cancer patients.
