摘　　要：T波电交替(TWA)是指在规则的心律时,体表心电图上T波振幅、形态极性的逐搏交替变化。目前大量研究认为,TWA是预测发生恶性室性心律失常及猝死的有力预测指标,作为恶性室性心律失常高危患者危险分层的依据之一,已写入2008年《心脏性猝死的无创性危险分层共识》。现结合文献对TWA的发展历史、机制、检测方法、研究现状、适应证及临床意义予以综述。T wave alternans（TWA）describes a condition of gradually alternated changes of T wave in amplitude of vibration and shape on ECG during regular heart rhythm.Recent studies considered TWA as an indicator of predicting the malignant arrhythmia and sudden death,which has been written in 2008 AHA/ACC/HRS as one of malignant ventricular arrhythmia risk stratification basis for malignant arrythmia high-risk patients.Here is to make a review on the development,mechanisms,test methods,research status and clinical indications and significance about TWA according to medical literature.
