摘　　要：手足口病是一种急性传染病。早诊断、早治疗对减少该病的传播有重要意义。目前该病的诊断往往根据临床表现,主要是皮疹就可以确诊,但对于一些散发病例,特别是有口腔黏膜水疱性病变,而其他症状不明显的疾病来说,往往容易误诊,因此对该病的鉴别很重要。手足口病以发热、皮肤黏膜疹为主要表现,而皮疹的好发部位为四肢关节的伸侧,这是与其他出疹性疾病所不同的显著之处,临床上应提高认识,避免误诊。Hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）is an acute infectious disease.Early diagnosis and treatment to reduce the spread of the disease is important.At present the diagnosis is often based on clinical manifestations,mainly rash,which can be affirmative diagnosis,but for some sporadic cases,especially those with oral mucosal lesions blisters without other obvious symptomsmisdiagnosis often happens,therefore the disease identification is very important.The major manifestations of HFMD are fever and rash,while the predilection sits of rash are extensor side of the limb joints,a significant difference from other rashes,which should be realized sufficiently in clinic to avoid misdiagnosis.
