摘　　要：高龄老年高血压是高血压人群中更为特殊的人群,其临床特点鲜明:血压变异性大,易发生体位性低血压,血压昼夜节律异常,脉压增大明显等,伴发危险因素及并发症多,发生心脑血管事件风险增高,是致残致死的主要原因。治疗也具有特殊性,用药复杂,治疗共识有待深入研究,从而提高降压治疗质量,防范心血管事件的发生。The senile hypertension patients is a more special population with distinctive clinical features such as big blood pressure variation,easily happening orthostatic hypotension,abnormal blood pressure circadian rhythms,arteries and veins pressure difference increases obviously,comorbid risk factors and much complications,increased risk of cardiovascular events and main causes of disability and death.However,the treatment of hypertension is special and the drug using is complex.Consensus on treatment calls for further research,so as to improve the quality of antihypertensive treatment,preventing cardiovascular events.
