摘　　要：目前,心脑血管疾病已成为中国人群死亡的首要威胁,预防心脑血管疾病迫在眉睫。如何有效预防心脑血管疾病值得关注。只有通过健康饮食,适当锻炼,控制好血压、血糖、血脂、体质量,定期体检,坚持服用有效预防、治疗药物,才能有效预防、控制心脑血管疾病,降低心脑血管疾病的发病率和病死率,控制并发症的发生。在此就防治心脑血管病的有效措施进行阐述。At present,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the primary fatal threat for the Chinese population,the prevention of which has become extremely urgent.How to effectively prevent cardiovascular disease deserves attention.Only through a healthy diet,exercise,good control of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,body weight,regular physical examination,adherence to taking effective preventive and therapeutic drugs,can cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases be effectively prevented,controlled,and the morbidity and mortality can be lowered,and the occurrence of complications can be controlled.Here is to elaborate on the effective prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
