摘　　要：股骨头缺血性坏死病程较长,对髋关节功能影响较大,严重影响人们的日常生活,如发现不及时,非手术治疗的疗效则非常不理想,必须进行手术治疗,使得髋关节功能得到改善,随着研究的多样化,对于该疾病的手术治疗方式也是层出不穷。现对股骨头坏死的手术治疗研究进展予以综述。Vascular necrosis of femoral head,with a long course of disease and a great impact on the hip joint function,seriously affects patients′ daily life.If not treated in time,surgical treatments are inevitable to improve the hip joint function.With the development of researches,surgical treatments of the disease are diversifying continuously.Here is to make a review on the recent advances in surgical treatments of femoral head necrosis.
