摘　　要：随着晚清军事近代化进程的发展,清军武器装备样式驳杂、型号各异的弊端开始凸显,并逐步演变为晚清一大顽症。清政府曾多次采取措施解决这一问题,但收效甚微,主要原因在于武器装备的生产和进口不能统一、军工技术以及装备建设思想的滞后等。With the development of military modernization of the late Qing Dynasty, the shortcomings of varieties and differences in standards and types of the Qing army＇s weapons became obvious and gradually developed into a hard issue. The Qing government took measures many times to solve the problem but achieved few effects. The main reason lies in the lack of unity in production and import of weapons, technology of war industry, and the lag-behind of ordnance construction thought.
