摘　　要：通过对苏联历史上三次大饥荒发生的原因、饥荒造成的损失、饥荒赈济情况的分析,全方位展现了三次大饥荒的历史全貌。分析表明:造成大饥荒的原因是多方面的,既有天灾也有人祸;只要政策得当,赈济及时,饥荒的损失就可以减少到最小,甚至是可以避免的。从苏联历史上的三次大饥荒可以汲取重要的经验和教训。The three famines in the history of the former Soviet Union are entirely shown through the analysis of their reasons and loss- es as well as the famine relief. It is evident that there are many reasons for the great famines, including natural disasters and man-made calamities. If with correct measures and in-time famine relief, the losses can be reduced to the minimum size or even the losses may be avoided. Therefore, we ean learn important experience and lessons from the former Soviet Union great famines.
