摘 要:巷道掘进临时支护的选择不仅关系到掘进速度,影响采掘接续,也决定着到掘进工作面的安全程度。文章通过对伯方煤矿二盘区临时支护现状的研究,提出采用管缝式锚杆和机载式临时支护装置两种方式对现有临时支护进行改进,并分析决定最终采用机载式临时支护装置进行临时支护,工程实践显示,掘进日进尺比原来提高了4.0~5.0 m,掘进效率提高了30%左右,同时还减少了人工临时支护的体力劳动,缩短了空顶时间,提高了支护效率,实现了综掘机自动支撑临时支护,取得了良好支护效果。The choice of roadway drivage temporary support was not only related to excavation speed, influence in mining, but also decid- ed to safety degree of excavation. This article analyzed the current situation of temporary support in scend panel area in the Bofang coal mine, and it proposed two types of temporary support named slit wedge tubing bolt and roadheader - borne temporary support to improve the existing temporary support program, and analyzed to determine the roadheader - borne temporary support type as the final temporary support program, the engineering practice shows that after using roadheader - borne temporary support type,the footage raised 4.0 - 5. 0 m/d, the tunneling efficiency up about 30% ,and reduced physical labor,shortened the empty top time, improved the supporting effi- ciency and achieved a robotization of temporary support,it had obtained the good supporting effect.
