乌鲁木齐市不同性别成年人血清中维生素A、E测定与分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市不同性别成人体内维生素A、E水平状况,以便根据不同人群的实际情况提出科学合理的预防、干预措施。方法采用双波长高效液相色谱法测定成人血清中维生素A、E的含量。结果维生素A在89.1～1425.0μg/L,浓度范围呈线性(r=0.9996),维生素E在4.6～73.9mg/L浓度范围呈线性(r=0.9999)。维生素A、E的平均回收率分别为98.4%(RSD=3.9%)、95.6%(RSD=0.9%)。血清中维生素A、E含量有性别差异(P<0.001);SVAD率有性别差异(P<0.05),女性高于男性;维生素E缺乏率有性别差异(P<0.001),维生素E缺乏率男性高于女性。结论乌鲁木齐市不同性别成年人维生素A、E的营养水平有明显的性别差异,建议针对不同人群加强膳食指导,培养均衡的膳食习惯。OBJECTIVE To investigation the actuality of refinol and a-tocopherol in serum of adlts. METHODS To use the dual wavelength HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the content of retinol and a-tocopherol in human serum. RESULTS The retinol and a-toeopherol were separated well from other ingredients in serum. The linear ranges were 89.1-1425.0ug/L（r=0.9996）and 4.6-73.9 mg/L （r=0.9999）for retinol and a-toeopherol, respective; Average reeoveries were 98.4%（RSD=3.9%）and 95.6% （RSD= 0.9%） for retinol and a-tocopherol, respectively. The concentration of retinol and a-tocopherol,the rate of doubtful vitamin A deficiency and the deficiency rate of a-tocopherol were significantly different between sexes. CONCLUSION The serum level of vitamin A and vitamin E were significantly different between sexes in adult of urumqi.
