某高校40岁以上教职工体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解高校教职工的身体健康状况,提高教职工预防保健水平。方法对2010年643名40岁以上教职工体检资料进行统计分析。结果异常总检出率前5位疾病依次为高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、肝功能谷丙转氨酶异常。结论高校40岁以上教职工的健康状况不容乐观,代谢性疾病是威胁教职工健康的主要疾病,而且出现患者年轻化的趋势。工作压力大、作息时间无规律、饮食结构不合理等在客观上影响了教职工的健康。提出加强健康教育,引导教职工健康意识、改变不良生活与行为方式,开展定期体检等预防疾病措施。Objective To understand the health status of university staff so as to improve the health care.Methods The data of examinations of 643 staff aged over 40 years of the Changzhou University were reviewed and analyzed in 2010.Results The diseases of the highest morbidity rate were hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,hypertension,and abnormal liver function.Conclusions Metabolic disease is a major disease threatening to the health status of the staff aged over 40 years.Therefore,we should strengthen the health education to improve their health consciousness and practice,and also carry out regular physical examinations.
