摘 要:采用共混熔融纺丝法制备了PA6/LDPE共混纤维,并借助SEM对纤维横截面上分散相的分布形态进行观察,发现分散相PA6沿共混纤维径向呈梯度分布,从纤维的中心到表层其含量逐步减少,数目逐步增加,直径逐步减小。系统分析了在不同纺丝速度(0~1 100 m/min)下制得的共混纤维横截面上分散相的面积、数目和直径沿纤维径向梯度变化的程度,发现随着纺丝速度的提高,分散相的梯度分布更加明显,说明纺丝速度是影响共混纤维中分散相梯度分布的重要因素。The blending fibers of PA 6/LDPE were prepared by melt spinning. The distribution of dispersed phase in blending fibers cross-section was observed by SEM. The photos showed that the content and diameter of dispersed phase was reduction, and its number was increase from the central region to the surface region along radial direction.
