摘　　要：根据国产幅宽1.6 m熔喷生产线工艺调试经验,简要叙述了熔喷生产线工艺流程中各个环节对产品质量造成影响的因素。介绍了针对不同质量问题可采取的相应工艺处理方案和提高产品质量的方法,并总结了降低产品纤维直径的工艺调整方法。Basis on the process commissioning experience of the local 1.6 m meltblown line, the key related factor as to the mehblown line technical process which affect the quality and reference point were briefly given in this paper. The manage ways of quality problem and the improvement were introduced, and made suggestions of the process commissioning to reduce mehblown fiber diameter.
