CdCl_2对泥鳅精子运动的影响

摘　　要：以泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)的精子为实验材料,在预实验的基础上,用浓度分别为0、50、100、200、400和800μmol/L的CdCl2精子保存液孵育(4℃)泥鳅精子0、2、4、6和8 h后,在显微镜下分别用含有相应浓度CdCl2的激活液激活(25℃),立即观察泥鳅精子的激活率、运动率、运动时间和运动速度。实验显示,CdCl2影响泥鳅精子的运动能力,呈现出明显的浓度和时间依赖性,CdCl2对泥鳅的受精可能具有抑制作用。Using loach（Misgurnus anguillicaudatus） sperm as the material,treatments with varying concentrations of CdCl2（0,50,100,200,400 and 800 μmol/L） were performed at low temperature（4 ℃） for different times（0,2,4,6 and 8 h）.The activation rate,motility rate,motility time,motility velocity were used to measure the sperm motility in microscope.The results showed that sperm motility decreased as CdCl2 or treating time increasing,it suggested that the ability of loach fertilization might be inhibitted by CdCl2.
