摘　　要：选用纳米抗菌涤/棉混纺纱,测试了纱线的基本性能,开发了以平针添纱、双罗纹和二色彩横条罗纹为纬编结构的针织物和内衣产品,给出了纬编织造和后整理的工艺与参数,分析了所开发面料的服用性能和抗菌功能。结果表明:该纳米抗菌涤/棉混纺纱具有良好的服用舒适性能和抗菌功能,适于纬编针织内衣产品的开发。Nano-anti-bacterial polyester/cotton blended yarns were made to develop the plain plating, interlock and two colors striped rib knitted fabrics as well as a series of undergarments. The propellies of blended yarns were tested. Some processes and technical parameters such as circular weft knitting, dying and finishing were also given. Both fabrics＇ properties of wearing and anti-bacterial functional were tested and discussed. The results showed that these nano-anti-bacterial polyester/cotton blended yarns had better wearability and good anti-bacterial function suiting for undergarments development.
