摘　　要：以CP-3800气相色谱为例,从实验室环境要求、气体系统、进样口、色谱柱、检测器等五个方面介绍了气相色谱仪的使用和日常维护知识,同时总结了仪器配置三个进样口、两个检测器时的注意事项,对气相色谱使用者和管理者具有一定的参考价值。How to operate and maintain CP-3800 gas chromatograph was discussed, including lab environmental condition, gas system, injector, column and detector. The operating attention notes for gas chromatograph with three injectors and two detectors were introduced. All the advice could be useful for the equipment operator or manager.
