摘 要:钢筋锚固板为锚固板与钢筋构成的组件。基于ANSYS探讨了钢筋锚固板的受力机理;对比了中美规范对带钢筋锚固板锚固长度的相关规定,推导出了锚固长度建议公式;统计某核电厂核岛辅助厂房与屏蔽厂房拉筋材料用量,研究了采用钢筋锚固板替代普通弯钩的经济性及可行性。研究表明:在工程结构中采用钢筋锚固板代替弯钩完全可行,且具有良好的安全性和经济性,可在工程建设中推广应用。Headed rebar is an assembly composed by steel plate and rebar. Based on ANSYS software,the force mechanism for headed rebar was researched. The development length for headed rebar in relevant codes of China and America was compared and analyze, recommended value for development length was given. Relying on a nuclear power project, the amount of tie bar for Auxiliary Building and Shield Building was counted. And the economic performance and feasibility of substituting rebar with hook by headed rebar was researched. The results show that: substituting rebar with hook by headed rebar in engineering structures is feasible with good safety and economic performances. It can be popularized in various kinds of projects.
