摘　　要：煤预均匀化厂房是干法旋窑水泥生产线的重要设施,在水泥生产工艺流程中占有十分重要的地位。本文对某水泥厂煤预均匀化厂房结构震害进行分析,提出相应的补强加固处理措施。分析表明,该结构在竖向地震作用下,通过网架支座传到环形墙体顶面的环向拉力导致墙体竖向开裂过大而环向受拉破坏。可采用裂缝压浆、在墙体外侧粘贴碳纤维布对墙体形成环箍效应等措施进行加固,且加固效果良好。研究结果可为其它同类型结构的检测与加固提供一定的参考。The pre-homogenization factory is the important establishment of the dry-process rotary kilns production llne, and it holds the very important status in the cement production technical process. The seismic damage analysis of a pre-homogenization factory has been done, and on account of the analysis, some measures have been given to strengthen the structure. The research shows that, under the vertical seismic action, the hoop tensile force on the top of the hoop wall, which is transmitted from the bearing of tile space truss, leads to the vertical cracks and tensile fracture in hoop wall. The measures such as pasting CFRP on the outboard of the wall, and mud-jacking in cracks, can be adopted to strengthen the wall. The conclusion can be reference for other same type pre-homogenization factory structures in engineering.
