摘　　要：在工业建筑遗产再利用设计前期,开展建筑策划工作是保证项目设计质量的一项重要举措,目前业界对该项工作的探索尚处初始阶段,尚未系统提出符合国内建设市场特点、侧重项目实践的设计策划操作模式。本研究从工业建筑再利用的特点出发,比较了传统设计策划操作模式的优缺点,提出一种围绕项目再利用建设原型的演化而展开的设计策划操作模式,并明确相关操作支持体系的技术框架和内容。It is an important measure to ensure design quality of projects that carrying out architectural programing on preliminary design of industrial architectural heritage re-use. Such work is still on the initial stage of exploration currently, a strong practical planning operation mode of design that meets the characteristics of the domestic construction market has not been proposed. Based on the characteristics of industrial building of re-use, this study has compared the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional planning operation, and proposes a kind of planning operation mode whieh carry out the work based on the evolution of the construction prototype of project re-use, and presents a framework and technical content for related operation systems.
