摘 要:对Ni-Ti纤维进行了化学镀镍。镀液的基本成分为硫酸镍18.7 g/L,次磷酸钠15 g/L,柠檬酸钠33 g/L,pH8.5,温度50℃前处理工序依次为超声清洗、粗化、敏化、活化和还原。研究了化学镀镍层的形貌,测定了镀层与基体的结合力结果表明,Ni-Ti纤维的镀镍层均匀、完整,与基体结合牢固。此外。Ni-Ti fiber was noneleetrolytically nickel plated. The electroless nickel plating bath consisted mainly of 18.79 g of nickel sulphate per litre, 15 g of sodium hypophosphite per litre and 33 g of sodium citrate per litre, with pH value and operating temperature being 8.5 and 50 ℃ respectively. The pretreatment sequences are successively ultrasonic cleaning, coarsening, sensitization, activation and reduction. The morphology of electroless nickel plate was investigated, and the adhesion of the plate to the substrate was also measured. The results show that the electroless nickel plate is uniform and complete, and adheres firmly to the substrate. Furthermore, the pretreatments are the key to the electroless nickel plating of Ni-Ti fiber.
