无锡市结核病管理现状与对策

摘　　要：目的了解无锡市肺结核病防治现状,探讨防控对策。方法利用"中国疾病预防控制信息系统结核病专报网"数据以及督导记录进行资料分析。结果 2007—2011年共发现活动性肺结核病患者13 080例,系统管理率呈逐年上升趋势,升幅为4.13%;新涂阳肺结核病治愈率呈逐年下降趋势,降幅为3.06%。数据质量核查,病案录入情况一致率为83.33%;病案录入及时情况一致率为93.33%。结论应进一步明确职责,加强疾控和医疗部门之间的密切合作,加大"三位一体"的结防体系建设。Objective To approach the strategies against tuberculosis by understanding the situation for Tuberculosis pre- vention and control in Wuxi. Methods Supervision records and data on ＇ China information system for diseases control and prevention＇were analyzed. Results During 2007--2011, 13 080 cases of active tuberculosis patients were discovered in Wuxi. The system management rate increased gradually with 4. 13% uprising. The cure rate of new smear positive TB patients showed a declining trend year by year with 3.06 % decreasing. The accuracy rate and the timely rate of medical record entry were 83.33% and 93.33%. Conclusion More efforts should be given to build the ＇Trinity＇ system for tuberculosis prevention and control,so as to strengthen the close cooperation relations with different levels of CDC and medical institutions.
