摘  要:研究国产 6 0 0MW直流锅炉水冷壁内螺纹管在超临界压力下的摩擦阻力特性。试验段为Φ2 8×5.4 1mm的四头 12Cr1MoV内螺纹管 ,试验参数为压力P =2 3MPa~ 2 7MPa ,质量流量G =6 0 0kg/ (m2 ·s)~180 0kg/ (m2 ·s) ,工质焓h =6 0 0kJ/kg~ 2 6 0 0kJ/kg ,雷诺数Re =5× 10 4 ~ 1× 10 6 。通过试验 ,得到了内螺纹管的摩擦阻力系数及其随压力、质量流速、工质焓和雷诺数的变化规律。根据试验数据 ,总结出了超临界压力下内螺纹管的摩擦阻力系数经验关系式。Presented in this paper is a study on the characteristics of frictional resistance in the internally ribbed tubes located in the supercritical pressure region of water wall in a domestic once-through boiler of 600 MW.The test section of the four-heads internally ribbed tube with a diameter of d 28×5.41 mm was made of 12CrMoV.The experimental parameters are pressure p =23~27,mass velocity G =600~1 800 kg/(m 2.s),enthalpy of working medium h =600~2 600 kJ/kg,Renold number Re = 5.0 ×10 4~1.0×10 6.The frictional resistance coefficient of the internally ribbed tube and the law of its changes with pressure,mass velocity,enthalpy of working medium and Renold number were obtained in the test.And based on the test data,a empirical equation was derived to calculate the frictional resistance coefficient of internally ribbed tube in the supercritical pressure region..
