摘　　要：介绍电力通信网管理系统现状及发展趋势，讨论分布式管理技术的特点，给出采用分布对象技术 Ｍｏｂｉｌｅ Ａｇｅｎｔ实现电力通信网综合管理的一种模型。The main telecommunication network management technologies are introduced.The basic concepts of distributed telecommunication network management technology are presented.And a model of integrated telecommunication network management using Mobile Agent technology was presented at last.
