摘　　要：以图书馆中文图书采购环节为例,阐述了Excel强大的数据处理功能贯穿整个工作流程的使用方法及经验,从而说明Excel在图书馆文献资源建设中所起到的不可忽视的作用。也希望在以后的工作中,充分让Excel的数据处理功能更好地融入图书馆建设。In this paper, the application of Excel software in the procurement chain of books in literature resources construction of library was described. The essential role played by Excel in the library literature resources construc- tion was demonstrated,with Excel＇s powerful data processing capabilities throughout the entire workflow.
