方铅矿湿法生产硝酸铅工艺条件的研究

摘　　要：用方铅矿与硝酸反应生产硝酸铅,探求方铅矿湿法生产硝酸铅最佳工艺条件。结果表明:方铅矿湿法生产硝酸铅的工艺最佳条件是:反应温度75℃,液固比3:1,硝酸浓度为3N且用量为理论量110%,9小时。浸出反应在此条件下,铅的浸出率可达96%。This paper studies the production of lead nitrate and nitric acid reaction with galena, explore the optimal process conditions of galena wet production of lead nitrate. The results showed that： galena hydrometallurgy lead nitrate optimal condition is： reaction temperature75 C, liquid solid ratio of 3：1, the concentration of nitric acid for3N and dosage for theory volume 110%, 9 hours. The leaching reaction under this condition, the leaching rate of up to 96% lead.
