摘 要:在30°、45°、60°和90°的倾角条件下对热塑性材料聚丙烯进行燃烧实验,研究角度对可熔融材料表面火蔓延行为的影响,主要分析了火蔓延速率、火焰长度、质量损失速率、下表面温度等参数。研究表明:火蔓延速率、质量损失速率、下表面温升速率随角度增加而增大,角度对火焰长度影响较小。角度较小时燃烧受池火影响较大,这使火焰长度呈波动性增长,下表面最高温度反而高于大角度时。Experiments on polypropylene, a typical thermoplastic material, were conducted on an experimental rig with different incline angles at 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree. The effect of slope angle on the surface flame spread behavior, mainly the spread rate, flame length, mass loss rate and lower surface tempera- ture, was investigated. The results showed that flame spread rate, mass loss rate and the lower surface temperature increased when increasing the slope angle, while the influence on the flame length was not so remarkable. For the samples with smaller incline angles, due to the larger scale of the pool fire formed, the flame length showed a fluctuation behavior and the lower surface temperature was even higher than those with big- ger angles.
