摘　　要：提出p-共轭矩阵概念,研究其性质且运用于密钥交换协议的设计,给出了数值算例,验证了所给协议的可行性.In this paper, the p-conjugate matrix theory was studied. A new key exchange protocol was designed based on p-conju- gate matrix. The numerical examples are given to verify the agreement is correct and feasible.
