摘　　要：目的:改进茴拉西坦及其制剂的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以C18为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(35:65),检测波长283nm。结果:茴拉西坦在0.07792～6.2336μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.6%。结论:方法准确可靠,结果重现性好,可用于茴拉西坦的质量控制。Objective： To improve a method for the determination of aniracetam and its preparation. Metholds： The HPLC system consisted of C18 colum and acetonitrile-water （35.65） as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nrn. Results： The linear ranges of aniracetam was at 0. 07792-6. 2336 μg （r=1. 0000）. The average recovery was 100. 2%（RSD=1. 6）. Condusion： The method was accurate, reliable and repeatable. It can be used as the method of quality control for Aniracetam.
