摘 要:某铜矿矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿,其次为辉铜矿、铜蓝、孔雀石等,脉石矿物主要为石英、云母等,主要金属矿物呈粒状、脉状、浸染状等结构产出。矿石中可供综合回收的伴生元素主要为金、银,矿山潜在的经济价值巨大。自投产以来,该矿一直采用混合浮选-铜硫分离浮选工艺,致使铜、金、银的浮选指标不佳。对该矿石采用部分优先浮选新工艺,充分利用了该矿中有用矿物的解离特性和可浮性差异,优化了工艺流程,同时采用高效选择性捕收剂酯-80,实现了对部分铜矿物的快收早收,显著提高了铜、金、银的浮选指标。Prite, chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite are the main metallic minerals, chalcocite, covellite and malachite are secondary and the main gauge minerals are quartz and mica. The metallic minerals mainlyexist in the form of granu- lar, nervation and disseminated structure, among which the associated elements of copper, gold and silver can be recovered, having great economical value. When the technology of bulk flotation-copper-sulfur separation was a- dopted, the flotation idex is unsatisfactory. The technology of partial-selectivity flotation was adopted, fully making use of the liberation characteristics and the floatability difference and optimizing the technological flowsheet. Mean- while, the high-efficiency collectorz-80 was adopted, realizing the part of copper recovered early and quickly, ob- viously improving the flotationindex of copper, gold and silver.
