摘  要:运用快速安全的微波消解法处理皮革样品,然后采用阳极溶出伏安极谱法对皮革样品中的铜含量进行了测定。在草酸铵-氯化铵-盐酸缓冲溶液(pH为1.65)中加入样品溶液,富集时间为60s,氮气脱氧时间为300s,测定的线性范围为:2~100μg/L,检测限为0.1μg/L,测得皮革铜中含量为4.086mg/kg,相对标准偏差(n=8)为8.30%,回收率在94.3%~111.9%,说明伏安极谱法测定铜含量的方法操作简便、准确可行。The fast and safe microwave anodic stripping vohammetric polarograp digestion method was used to treat leather sample, and then an hy method was developed for determination of copper content in leather. The sample solution mixed with ammonium oxalate-hydrochloric acid-ammonium chloride buffer solution (pH=1.65) was purged with oxygen free nitrogen gas for 300 s before deposition of the metals was carried out by hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) for 60 s. Range of linearity was 2-100μg/L. Limits of detection was 0.1 μg/L. Copper content in leather sample determined was 4.086 mg·kg^-1. Relative standard deviation for leather sample was 8.30%. Recovery percentage was in the range of 94.3% -111.9%. The proposed method is simple, convenient and sensitive with feasibility and reliability.
