摘  要:目的探讨间歇缺氧对大鼠动脉以及心肌的影响。方法清洁SD大鼠30只,采用成组设计的方法随机分成三组:正常对照组;间歇缺氧组;持续缺氧组。普通饲料饲养,每日缺氧8h,连续35d,然后采用ELISA方法测定血清中NF-kB、MCP-1、VCAM-1的水平;处死大鼠快速分离近心脏的主动脉以及心肌,弹力纤维染色观察结构的改变。结果在持续缺氧组以及间歇缺氧组血清中NF-kB、MCP-1、VCAM-1的水平较正常对照组明显升高,主动脉中膜增厚,弹力纤维中断、排列紊乱,间质胶原纤维增生,心肌细胞肿胀,心肌细胞排列较正常对照组紊乱。结论缺氧可导致主动脉以及心肌细胞增殖、结构紊乱,炎症反应可能为其关键因素。Objective To discuss the influence of aorta hypoxia on the cardiac muscle in rats.Methods There are thirty rats altogether and assigned into three groups:(1)control group;(2)intermittent hypoxia group;(3)continue hypoxia group.They were exposed to air,interttent hypoxia and continue hypoxia respectively,8 hours every day and 35 days altogether.Then we measured inflammatory factors of NF-kB、MCP-1、VCAM-1 with ELISA,then we isolated the aorta near the heart and cardiac muscle,elastic fibers dye.Results In intermittent hypoxia group and continue hypoxia group,inflammatory factors including NF-kB、MCP-1、VCAM-1 increased compared to control group,and tunica media of aorta were thickened,the elastic fibers were discontinued and disordered.The cardiac muscle cells were swelled,the arrange of cardiac muscle cells of these two groups were in disorder.Conclusions Hypoxia can lead to propagation of aorta and cardiac muscle cells and disorders in structure,and there are marked in intermittent hypoxia,and there are maybe caused by inflammatory.
