摘　　要：随着经济全球化的不断发展,国际劳工组织提出的体面劳动越来越被更多的国家接受并认可,我国作为发展中国家也深刻地认识到体面劳动的重要性.和谐社会作为我国现代化建设的主旋律,体面劳动作为和谐社会的主基调,落实农民工体面劳动,是以人为本、保障人权价值理念的体现,是社会主义公平与正义的重要彰显.With the fast developments of economy globalization, the International Labor Organization （[LO） put forward the conception of decent work have been accepted and recognized by more and more countries. Harmonious society as the main theme of China＇ s modernization drive, decent work as the main tone of a harmonious society, to achieve decent work for migrant workers, is people - oriented, the protection of human rights values embody, is important to highlight the socialist fairness and justice.
