摘　　要：城市管理专业是适应我国城市化进程的需要而产生的新兴专业,有较大的发展空间.但在专业定位、人才培养模式等方面缺乏系统性的规范和指导,需要高校之间及教育主管部门协同合作,共求发展,立足于本地实际以推进专业建设.City management is a thriving major which adapts to our country＇ s acceleration of urbanization. This special field has great development prospect and space. The lack of systematic specification and guidance in professional orientation and personnel training mode need promote the level of professional construction.
