摘 要:目的观察全蝎纯化液对大鼠静脉血栓形成血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响,阐述全蝎纯化液抗静脉血栓形成的作用机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组与全蝎纯化液大、中、小剂量组,采用结扎大鼠腹腔主静脉造成静脉血栓模型,观察其对血栓重量及TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α等凝血指标的影响。结果全蝎纯化液大、中、小剂量组TXB2水平显著降低,6-keto-PGF1α水平明显上调,与空白对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。全蝎纯化液各剂量组能明显降低大鼠静脉血栓的重量,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全蝎纯化液具有明显的抑制血栓形成的作用,提示其作用机制可能与血管内皮损坏及TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α含量有关。Objective To observe the effects of scorpion purified liquid(SPL) on plasma thromboxane B2 (TXB2) ,6 - keto - prostaglandin Flo (6 - keto - PGF1a ) of venous thrombosis in rats. Methods The Sprague - Dawley (SD) rats were randomly assigned into blank group, model group and SPL groups(large, medium, small concentration). The venous thromboembolism models of rat were established by ligating the main abdominal vein. The thrombosis weight and plasma TXB2 and 6 keto - PGF1a were observed. Results The levels of plasma TXB2 in SPL groups were decreased while the levels of plasma 6 - keto - PGF1a were increased. Compared with blank group,there were no significant differences (P〉0.05). Compared with model group, there were significant differences (P〈0.01). The weight of thrombosis in SPL groups were significantly lower than that in model group (P〈0.01). Conclusion SPL had an obvious function on controlling thrombus formation, and its mechanisms of preventing venous thrombosis might be related with endothelial damage,levels of plasma TXB2 ,and 6 - keto PGF1a.
