摘　　要：测试了新型浆料PECLV的浆膜性能和浆液粘附性,通过对纯棉纱的浆纱试验,对比分析了上浆纱的毛羽降低率、增强率、耐磨性等。结果表明PECLV浆料可部分取代PVA用于纯棉9.7tex纱上浆。Film performance and size adhesion of PECLV were tested. Through sizing experiment on cotton yams, it compared and analyzed the hairiness drop rate, increasing rate and hard-wearing performance of the sized yams. The result showed that PVA can be replaced by PECLV partly to use for sizing 9.7rex cotton yarn.
