摘　　要：在棉纺设备上加工超细特丙纶纤维纱,根据超细特纤维的特点,先进行可纺性试验,解决了梳棉关键技术难点。介绍了用0.89d丙纶短纤维纺7.4tex细特纱的工艺技术措施,成纱质量较好,达到了批量生产的要求。According to the characteristics of ultra fine fiber, spinnability experiment was studied in cotton spinning equipment and the key technical difficulties of carding were solved. The process measures of 7.4 tex fine yarn spinning using 0. 89 D polypropylene staple fiber were introduced. The results showed that the quality of spanned yarn was better and could meet the requirement of mass production.
